To achieve this role as Talent Acquisition Specialist you will have a diverse set of responsibilities.

**Principle Responsibilities for the
Talent Acquisition Specialist: - Manager the full cycle of recruiting for multiple positions

  • Partner with leaders to help identify hiring needs and provide expertise in hiring and talent planning
  • Provide leaders to with information or training related to interviewing or documentation of interview findings.
  • Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants.

Talent Acquisition Specialist: - Enjoys collaborating and working as a team to meet hiring needs

  • Someone with a desire to learn and grow, both personally and professionally, in order to help drive our team forward for the future.
  • Ability to communicate clear messages in addition to strong active listening skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects from start to finish with a great attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt in a frequently changing environment and ability to work independently.
This is a full time permanent Talent Acquisition Specialist role:
The role is a Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Salary on offer is basic of £40,000 per annum. Company, annual profit bonus of 15%
