Your role will involve effectively
planning and
teaching students, target setting and meetings with senior members of staff to discuss students' individual development and achievements.

It is
vital you ensure that student learning experiences are organised in a progression which supports the development of each individual.

To deliver lesson plans to an excellent standard, you must possess good oral and written communication skills, motivational and teamwork skills.


The headteacher is looking for an individual that can promote the well-being of young people and staff and develop good relationships with all learners and parents.


In order to be successful for the role you must have a
teaching qualification and
Level 3 or above in Mathematics or English.

There may be times where use of ICT is needed so having appropriate ICT skills, or you must be willing to undertake training.

Training:

This will be a full time position working
Monday to Friday,
term time only. This will be a
temporary contract, however there will be an opportunity to progress into a
permanent position within the college.
