Driver - Meet and Greet Position at Leeds Bradford Airport

About the Company: Are you an experienced driver with a knack for top-notch customer service? If so, this could be the perfect fit for you An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Valet/Driver - Service Delivery Assistant (SDA) at Leeds Bradford Airport. This role is all about being the friendly face of the business and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:

  • Certify valets have knowledge of each car's controls and alarm systems before taking over from the customer.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of customers' vehicles while securely storing keys.
  • Drive and handle all customers' vehicles carefully, following all valet procedures.
  • Be familiar with our systems and equipment.
  • Regularly patrol the car park, deter criminal activity, and maintain a high visual presence.
  • Check and maintain the appearance of the car park and work areas to meet company standards.
  • Offer front-line assistance in case of equipment failures or customer issues.
  • Work with managers and staff on marketing initiatives to boost sales and maximize income opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a larger team.

What You'll Bring:

  • Demonstrated strong communication and public interaction skills.
  • Full UK driver's license or significant driving experience.
  • Basic IT skills (MS Word, Office, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Professional and smart attitude.
  • Desirable: First Aid or Fire Warden qualification.
  • Desirable: Advanced Driving License or Professional Driving Qualification.
