In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless onboarding and management of institutional segregated and pooled fund investors.
Responsibilities include:
nCollaborating internally with Legal, Compliance, Investment Operations, Client Operations, Finance, Fund Operations, Investment, and Implementation Teams.nLiaising directly with clients to understand their requirements and ensure they are met promptly.nManaging client expectations alongside funding and transition timelines and acting as the main point of contact throughout their process.nEstablishing efficient servicing and operating processes with third-party representatives appointed by clients.nWorking closely with the Compliance department to meet all regulatory obligations, particularly related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes for new clients.nProviding regular, clear, and detailed updates to the business regarding the status of new and ongoing transition activities.nCoordinating the operational setup of new Funds and support transitional activities for existing funds.
Setting up client portfolios and maintain records on internal systems.nMaintaining knowledge of the regulatory landscape and support the implementation of strategic and product initiativesQualifications:
nAt least 5+ years relevant experience in client onboarding/transitions or operational experiencenExcellent communication skills to deliver coherent and confident messagingnExperience of setting up derivative trading on new portfolios will be useful.nConfidence to question existing strategies, policies and procedures and get in involved with strategy discussionsnProblem solving and relationship management skills – you will need to be confident leading project calls and meetings with internal and external stakeholdersnDetail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.nFamiliarity with regulatory compliance and AML processes.
