What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Arrange the right, suitable promotional staff for all assignments
  • Communicate with clients throughout their booking
  • Enter all new bookings onto our check in system
  • Ensure staff you have booked for a client arrive on time at the venue
  • Ensure all the promotional staff you book are fully briefed
  • Replacing staff when they cancel for an event
  • Ensure all staff confirm they have accepted their booking
  • Send staff details to clients when we have booked them
  • Any requests from clients for staff profiles to be done
  • Participate in daily meetings
  • Approve new staff that want to register with us
  • Interview staff over the phone whenever needed
  • Any feedback about staff to be updated on their records
  • Attend events and meet clients when required
  • Assist other depts when required
  • Advertising jobs and running casting calls through social media sites
  • Answering phone calls when required
  • Keeping clients updated with the progress of their booking

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Business Administrator Level 3 Standard
  • End Point Assessment
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in English and maths if required
  • Training will be delivered at the apprentices workplace with an assessor visit every 6 weeks

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

  • Fastpaced working environment that requires you to manage multiple things at once. There are good prospects for a genuine career within Envisage as all positions of management have currently been promoted from inhouse staff (A level)
