Production Engineer Permanent/Full TimeCirca £55k

Based in Chelmsford or Colchester, you'll play a fundamental role in the Operations Team, supporting manufacturing and engineering operations. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 and fantastic benefits, including a generous company pension scheme, health insurance, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

  • Exciting opportunity to support Manufacturing and Engineering Operations.
  • Regular interactions with internal functions and customers and suppliers.
  • Playing a fundamental role in ensuring products meet the highest level of inspection standards
  • Review and approve PCB layouts for manufacture
  • Approve components for assembly compatibility
  • Define solder reflow profiles for product
  • Design manufacturing tooling
Preferred Requirements:
  • Design for Manufacturing
  • Solder stencil design
  • Equipment evaluation and commissioning
  • Manufacturing Process design and development
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline, or relevant experience
  • Experience as a Production Engineer in the Electronics industry
