Senior Chef de Partie

As a dedicated team member in the kitchen, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and creativity.

Under the guidance of the head chef or senior chef, your role involves preparing high-quality dishes that satisfy and delight guests.

Your passion for cooking will be the key ingredient that makes every meal a memorable experience. This position offers a chance to grow professionally and make a significant impact in the culinary world.
Responsibilities
Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
Ensure full compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.
Preparation of ingredients.
Learn recipes and methodologies and be able to implement to a high standard.
Learn, apply and master the skills of the relevant station(s).
Ensure food quality and taste is of the highest standard.
Work at pace efficiently and effectively with the rest of the team.
Cleaning of equipment, storage, and work areas.
Multitask and maintain calm when working under pressure.
Requirements
At least 1 year experience in similar roles & references in a busy restaurant.
Excellent working knowledge of classic and modern cooking techniques.
A passion for food is a must an interest in sustainability desirable.
Availability including evenings and weekends.
Effective communication, teamwork & organizational skills.
Positive, can-do attitude, hands-on approach, with a willingness to learn and ability to work well under pressure.

We offer staff:
A competitive salary £27k depending on experience)
Shift pattern of 4 out of 7 days.
28 days annual leave.
