Job Description:
As a committed partner to the social housing sector, Salesforce is enabling Social Landlords to build new tenant centric services from efficient repairs through to dynamic omni-channel contact centers.
As the use of Salesforce has proliferated across the sector we are seeking an experienced Mid-Market Account Executive to join our dynamic Social Housing sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the social housing market and how technology can help address the many challenges the sector faces.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly focused team within Salesforce that is growing at pace.Key Responsibilities:
Meet & Exceed annual quota of net new business for Salesforce
Develop and maintain relationships with social housing providers and their CxO's
Understand and articulate the value proposition of our multicloud solutions, including Service Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, and others.
Assist clients and prospects in creating business cases for transformation programmes
Align the right products and services to customer needs, ensuring successful transformation and business model rethinking.
Coordinate internal stakeholders to support customer need during pre-sales cycle
Represent Salesforce at Industry events and presentations
Maintain an up to date and accurate forecast
Requirements:
A self-starter with a entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Proven Track Record of Selling to new logo's
Proven sales experience, ideally within the social housing sector or a related field
Several years of experience selling into the housing market, with a track record of complex, transformational deals.
Knowledgeable understanding of the social housing market and its challenges is highly desirable
Experience of selling Salesforce solutions and or services is highly desirable.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
