Responsibilities:

  • Lead national focuses & incentives like WORKOUTWEDNESDAY & in-gym challenges / events
  • Leading by example and supporting the wider team to improve confidence and delivery
  • Recruit, train & develop Fitness Coaches & Personal Trainers
  • Ownership of group training timetables, monitoring performance, and optimizing to grow engagement while delivering within budget
  • Support revenue lines from membership sales to product sales to drive profitability
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times in the gym
  • Deliver honest, constructive feedback regularly to support team members in achieving their potential
  • Support the General Manager with operational tasks including Health & Safety, Facilities, Maintenance, Recruitment, and more
  • Be resilient and agile to find solutions in challenging situations
  • Actively engage with our Fitness Development Managers & network

Requirements:

  • Level 3 fitness qualification or CIMSPA 'Practitioner' level equivalent
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Experienced in delivering group training modalities
  • Knowledge of fitness industry trends
  • Adaptability in communication and management style to motivate the team
  • Flexibility in working hours to support business needs
