We are looking for a friendly, conscientious and team focused person to join our team on a full time, permanent basis.

Our focus is speciality coffee and we train our front of house superstars about the entire process, from farm to cup.

We are looking for someone who wants to learn how to brew coffee properly and can work up to supervising shifts.

We have recently opened a coffee bean roastery and there are two cafes, one in Ellon and one in Udny.

This post would be at the Ellon cafe.

Previous hospitality experience or supervisory experience is not a requirement but would be helpful.

Responsibilities will include serving customers, waiting on tables, walking and standing for long periods, cleaning, and adhering to food safety standards.

Once training has been completed, you would be also be making coffees, overseeing junior members of staff, running shifts and cash handling in addition to the above.

As we are a licensed cafe serving alcohol, you would need to be over 18.

We are open 7 days a week with shifts rotating between staff. You will work 5 days from 7 and must be available to work weekends.

There are no split shifts and it is mainly daytime hours, shifts vary in length from 4 hours to 9 hours.

Although we are currently only open daytimes, we may start opening Thursday - Saturday evenings again and those evening shifts will rotate between staff once they resume.

You would receive 28 days paid leave, meals on duty and 25% off food and drink when not on duty and on retail products.
