We have an unbelievable opportunity

We are seeking the right person to run and manage our bar facility at Alder Country Park, near North Walsham in Norfolk.

Alder Country Park has a mix of residential and holiday lodge owners and hire fleet lodges.

Central to the park is 'The Olive Tree' bar, this has been purpose built and is truly the jewel in the parks crown.

The bar boasts glass doors exiting onto the decked Al-Fresco dining area which is centred by three massive bespoke and fully stocked rectangular Koi ponds.

To the left and downstairs is the sunken outdoor bar.

All of the above over looks the outdoor heated swimming pool with huge patio surround, this leads off to our gym and spa area with sauna, gym and spa treatments.

We are looking for the right person to come in take over the full running of the bar. Service of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages and counter top hot food solutions.

Salary:
£22,500 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Every weekend
• Evening shift
• North Walsham: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)

Experience:

• Supervising experience: 2 years (preferred)
• Restaurant management: 2 years (preferred)
• Bar management: 2 years (preferred)
• Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
• Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
• Management: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Personal Licence
