Equiniti supports leading UK brands and public sector organizations, handling critical administration tasks related to pensions, payroll, and payments. By overseeing these services, the organization enables clients to concentrate on their core functions. Core Duties/Responsibilities

  • Drafting pension scheme financial statements and annual reports
  • Facilitating audits by pension scheme auditors
  • Preparing financial reports and management information
  • Processing transactional information and reconciliations
  • Authorizing payments as per mandates
  • Preparing tax return forms and ONS Returns
  • Sharing skills with team members, establishing client relationships
  • Collaborating across departments as required
  • Performing ad-hoc accounting tasks under supervision

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Part-qualified or experienced professional
  • Strong accounts production and communication skills
  • Numeracy and interpretation capabilities
  • Knowledge of current regulations and service delivery
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PC packages and accounting software
  • Experience in accounting roles with accounts production expertise
  • Application of compliant policies and procedures
  • Preferably, experience in external pensions services
  • Opportunity for study support
