The Role:


Your role as Client Care Advisor at The Pride Veterinary Centre and Practices will be very varied with no two days being the same.

You will be taking phone calls, making appointments, assisting clients with queries, reassuring clients, listening to their needs, taking payments, solving problems and generally 'being there' for our clients.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a team and on their own

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience and knowledge of veterinary industry
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel/Word
  • Customer service training course attendance
  • Problem solving skills
