Responsibilities:


The Campus Supervisor / Planner will successfully plan and control day-to-day activities in support of customer projects and service, in order to deliver them to the time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction objectives as defined by the Service Delivery Manager.

In addition to this, they will supervise field-based staff and subcontractors as required. Ensuring all installation practices are adhered too along with testing and documentation packs


This multidisciplined role involves establishing professional working relationships and delivering service excellence, whilst observing and achieving the customer service level agreement.

Supporting the resource teams who cover 24x7x365 to meet the customer requirements within secure data centre or client site environment.

Health & Safety:

  • Demonstrate appropriate Health and Safety leadership to ensure that compliance is at the heart of what we do and is visible and alive throughout any activities carried out

Customer Service:

  • Ensure that positive relationships are maintained with the customer through efficient service delivery, with a view to optimising future opportunities and profitability

IT Systems and software:

  • Effective use of internal business systems and portals, ticketing system, call logging system and cable management database

Service Delivery:

  • Manage and plan all related activity to successful completion of the job in line with agreed quality measures and client specification and SLA's to achieve targets within agreed timescales and cost constraints. Ensuring manufacturers installation practices are adhered to.

Business Processes:

  • Ensure adherence to all North policies and procedures.
  • Compliant with customer change management process.

GDPR/Confidentiality:

  • Maintain highest levels of commercial confidentiality in all aspects of employment. The post holder is required to undertake that they will not divulge to anyone personal and/or confidential information to which they may have access during the course of their work.

Qualifications:

  • Evident experience of the installation of Structured Cabling Systems
  • Experience with Moves, Add and Changes
  • Enable to plan works aligned to client requirements and SLA's
  • Fully conversant with the setup and operation of Fluke testing equipment
  • The ability to locate and rectify faults on Structured Cabling and Voice systems.
