Middle Office - Investment Manager

Job Title: Finance Administrator

The current opportunity is for a Finance Administrator to be an integral part of the Finance/Middle office team supporting the Strategic Equity team.

The main purpose of the role will be to support the public equity fund managers in their trading requirements, ensuring fund valuations are updated and providing the wider team various reporting documents.

Key responsibilities:
  • Monitor Bloomberg to ensure all trades are processed and match broker contract notes
  • Send daily files to external fund administrators with trading information
  • Review daily NAVs for multiple equity funds
  • Monitoring corporate actions
  • Update Bloomberg and provide additional reports as required
  • Compile monitoring reports to be signed off daily
  • Prepare regulatory disclosures
  • Administration of unquoted investments and divestments
  • Monitor cash and prepare bank forms
Skills & experience:
  • Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good IT skills – Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong aptitude for numbers
