ROLE PURPOSE:
nAs a Student Services and Social Media Assistant, you will play a multifaceted role within both our student services and marketing teams.
This unique position involves working closely with the Social Media Executive to enhance our online presence and simultaneously being an integral part of the dedicated Student Services team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Student Services:
nWelcome new students and ensure a smooth orientation experience.nFoster a customer service-focused culture for improved student retention.nLead diverse social program activities to enhance student engagement.nAddress student inquiries promptly, including courses, accommodation, and well-being.nEfficiently manage and resolve student issues and complaints.nCollect and analyse feedback for continuous improvement and high satisfaction.nCoordinate with EP head office on post-arrival service matters.nContribute to managing student accommodation and collaborate for optimal service delivery.nActively identify and implement opportunities for service enhancement.nAssist with administrative tasks as required.
ELIGIBILITY:
nOpen to students applying as a requirement of their college, school, or university course.
REQUIREMENTS:
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.nPassion for social media, events, and content creation.nProficient in photography and videography.nAbility to generate creative content ideas.nEnthusiastic about promoting English Path and engaging with students.nBasic knowledge of social media platforms.nSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quick adaptability to new software.nAbility to work both independently and within a team.nPositive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic environment.nFamiliarity with the education industry and study abroad programs is beneficial.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
nStudent satisfaction scores and feedback.nStudent Engagement on social media platforms.nPositive feedback on visual content quality.nSuccessful resolution of student issues or complaints.nImprovement in student retention rates.nPositive feedback from staff and visitors about interactions.nImplementation of service improvements based on feedback.
WHAT WE OFFER:
nFull-time interns committing up to 40 hours per week.
will receive a stipend of £150 per week along with paid public transport expenses.nPart-time interns will be offered a complimentary morning English course, committing up to 20 hours per week, during the afternoon/evening.
nInternship Duration:
3 to 6 months
