Our client is a diversifiedglobal financial services platform providing essential liquiditymarket access and infrastructure services to clients in the energycommodities and financial markets.

TheGroup provides comprehensive breadth and depth of coverage acrossfour core services: Market Making Clearing Hedging and InvestmentSolutions and Agency and Execution. The Group provides access tothe world s major commodity markets covering a broad range ofclients that include some of the largest commodity producersconsumers and traders banks hedge funds and assetmanagers.

The FX desk offersaggregated pricing in over 40 ccys from spot fwds ndfs and optionsincluding first generation exotics. They leverage over 30 years ofbank relationships in order to offer quality pricing to theirclients.

Responsibilities:

Develop andmanage a client base of corps institutions and smaller banks fortheir ForeignExchange.

Ability tointelligently sell FX including derivative transactions providednecessary regulation requirements aremet.

Work with othersalespersons across the network to open new FX relationships andcrosssell commoditiesclients.

Proactivelyperforming daytoday tasks such as client prospecting clientonboarding and proactively responding to any client queries as wellas assisting the rest of the FXteam.

Working closelyand liaising with all the internal teams supporting the FX businesswithin EMEA and across other regions (Operations Legal ComplianceOnboarding).

Managing clientpost tradeservices/workflow.

Ensuringcompliance with the company s regulatory requirements under theAFM.

Adhere to theoperational risk framework for your role ensuring that allregulatory or company determined parameters are compliedwith.

Role model for demonstrating highest level standardsof integrity and conduct and reflecting CompanyValues.

To ensure thatyou are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relateto you your role or any other activities for which you have anylevel ofresponsibility.

To report anybreaches of policy to Compliance and/ or your supervisor asrequired.

To escalaterisk eventsimmediately.

To provideinput to risk management processes asrequired.

Good knowledgeof FXderivatives.

Ability tomultitask and detailoriented.

Excellentcommunication skills foreign languages aplus.

Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.

Experienceworking in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk andcompliance requirements associated withthis.
