As part of the team responsible for efficient order fulfillment and delivery, your role will involve leading a team that ensures the safety, efficiency, and quality of operations while spearheading projects to enhance productivity across the network.

• Lead projects aimed at streamlining processes, optimizing productivity, and enhancing service quality for customers in your designated area
• Assess shift performance against business objectives and implement strategies to enhance operational excellence
• Collaborate with senior management to establish consistent shift practices

Operating on a shift pattern at one of Amazon's sites, your focus will be on fostering a culture of safety, maintaining quality standards, and enhancing shift performance. You will drive process improvements within your area of responsibility as Amazon Logistics (AMZL) manages 'last mile' deliveries in collaboration with third-party distribution partners.

By employing innovative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives, we strive to efficiently deliver millions of products to our customers while maintaining a people-centric and supportive work environment. Our dedicated teams, including night shift workers, predominantly focus on operations with 24/7 coverage across most locations.

Additionally, our delivery contractors associated with Amazon Flex work on the road to elevate customer experience through cutting-edge delivery services. We are committed to addressing industry-wide logistics challenges and reducing our carbon footprint through innovative solutions, advanced vehicles (such as Electric Vehicles), and technology enhancements.

The role, based at Berry Hill Industrial Estate in GBR, requires experience in leveraging data or anecdotal evidence to drive business decisions.

Prior qualifications are optional for Amazon positions, with preference given to candidates with experience in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting.
