About the role:

We are looking for a new Housekeeping Supervisor to join our growing team. Although primarily based in Newbury, there may be some travel to other nearby locations based on business need

This role is at the forefront of our company. You should be comfortable leading from the front, being involved in all areas of housekeeping.

This role has responsibility for ensuring your team are motivated, stay on task and carrying out the role to exceed our guests' high standards.

Supervising a team of between 10-15, you will also be heavily involved in ordering supplies, holiday requests and generating the weekly rota.


You will have regular communication with our maintenance and guest services team to ensure a smooth stay for our guests.

Alternative languages would be a benefit and a driving license is essential.

Please note this role is based on a 40hr week with working days Monday - Friday. Additional on call weekends are essential, on a rota basis
