We are looking for an experienced Presales Lead to join our fast-paced and innovative team.


You will be responsible for providing presales support to the sales team, helping to clearly define business problems, and improve the overall customer experience via best practices and technical recommendations.


You will be able to confidently bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, while working closely with operational and technical departments to convert sales opportunities to sales revenue.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding about customer business/technical needs
  • Provide presales support to the sales team
  • Work closely with operational and technical departments
  • Clearly define business problems and improve the overall customer experience
  • Provide innovative and scalable solutions
  • Work with the Sales team to identify next steps for opportunities
  • Act as the technical liaison between the Sales Team and Operational departments
  • Become an expert on the products and services
  • Provide technical input to sales proposals
  • Ownership of the Statement of Works documents and Bill of Materials documents
  • Participate in account planning and strategy sessions
  • Own, develop and ensure compliance with the presales processes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Presales role
  • Excellent knowledge of IT support, connectivity and communications
  • Ability to provide innovative and scalable solutions
  • Experience of bridging the gap between technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Ability to work closely with operational and technical departments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
