We are looking for a SEND Teacher who is adaptable and willing to support growth in and out of a classroom. This role will be based in an ARP in Ealing to start in September 2024

As a SEND Teacher, some of your responsibilities will be to:

  • Nurture a positive learning environment that encourages pupils to learn.
  • Deliver creative and engaging lessons to students with SEND needs ensuring learning is adapted to their abilities.
  • Collaborate with other members of staff, parents and carers to create a support system for each individual student.

The ideal SEND Teacher MUST have :

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with students with SEND ideally in a similar setting
  • The resilience and tenacity to stay motivated at all times
  • Fantastic communication skills and the ability to stay calm in various daily situations.
