Sales Planner Coordinator, Hethel, Norfolk
Provide support to the Sales Planner, ensuring the regions are performing against their agreed objectives.


Based on the above, this role will support the collation of data for the monthly S&OP and regional sales meetings.


This role requires the individual to be part of a team, but also to take responsibility for their actions and be flexible in their approach to problem solving, while ensuring the agreed targets are achieved.


Role Objectives

  • Responsible for the collation of weekly & monthly performance versus target.
  • Support weekly regional sales meetings, taking notes and issuing minutes/action plan for the next meeting.
  • Assist the Sales Planner with the management of volume forecasting for current and future models.
  • Responsible for updating and issuing the monthly S&OP plan by model/variant to production, once approved by the S&OP committee.
  • Ensure orders are available and submitted to production within the agreed timelines via SAP.
  • Supporting Sales Planner with the daily generation of documentation and information via SAP

Knowledge

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (essential) (Macros would be an advantage, but not essential)
  • Knowledge of SAP
