At our highly reputable and friendly law firm, we are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal/Assistant to join our respected property department in Market Harborough.



Job Title: Conveyancing Paralegal/Assistant

About the Role:
  • Providing quotes to clients and agents/brokers
  • Assisting fee earners with all aspects of their caseloads from start to finish
  • Handling file opening, closing, and archiving
  • Interacting with clients, taking instructions, providing advice, and necessary actions
  • Reviewing freehold title registers, protocol, and searches for enquiries and client reporting

Requirements for the Candidate:
  • Minimum of 12 months of experience in a Conveyancing role
  • Experience in managing Sale and Purchase transactions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to develop solid client relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
