Due to continued success in providing fee-based advice to HNW clients, this successful practice requires a professional and proactive Financial Services Administrator to provide support to the planning process.

The successful candidate will have experience within a professional services environment, ideally some exposure to FCA regulations and strong IT skills.

Duties for this role will include:

  • Acting as a crucial point of liaison between paraplanners and financial planners.
  • Update and manage a diary system for a busy financial planner;
  • Liaising with clients when appropriate to deliver a high level of service;
  • Updating client details on a back office system
  • Being responsible for the preparation of client review packs/client documentation and dealing with post-meeting actions;
  • Dealing with Letters of Authority and liaising with various providers to ensure new business is processed in a timely way;
  • Writing Suitability Letters following a client meeting;
  • Processing new business on a variety of different platforms, including our own in-house DFM. This can include fund switches, pension transfers, ISA contributions to name a few.

You will have:

  • Organised with the ability to multi-task.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of Office 365, Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint desirable, but not essential.
