About the Position:


Are you dedicated to inspiring and motivating young learners to shape future generations? This welcoming school in Rochdale is currently looking for a skilled Teaching Assistant to join the team. The school holds a 'GOOD' Ofsted report, setting high expectations for students and inviting you to contribute to maintaining those standards and enhancing the Early Years curriculum. Both newly qualified and experienced teachers are welcome.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons to primary school students.
  • Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.

Requirements:
  • Strong behavior management skills.
  • Passion for early childhood education and development.
  • Effective communication skills with students, colleagues, and parents.
