The Care Home has a digital PCS system so a good level of English is required to be able to update care records with accuracy.
About You
The right values attitude and behaviours and your previous carer background, therefore whilst previous care experience is desirable it is not essential you must have a kind warm caring nature and be able to work as part of a team but also use your own initiative patience and communication and listening skills are equally important.
