This company is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to workin the East, on a construction focused project thatis valued at £30m.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading all commercial aspects of the project, providing commercial support and advice to the team to aid decision-making, maintaining commercial information and ensuring compliance with the contractualrequirements.
You will also monitor contract progress, control costs, prepare interim valuations and final accounts, and communicate with customers and third parties on all commercial matters.
- Sound commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High levels of organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent numerical, IT and problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.
