Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging English lessons tailored to students with SEN and complex needs.
  • Create and adjust teaching materials to suit individual student requirements and encourage positive conduct.
  • Work with a diverse team to establish an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
  • Regularly evaluate student advancement, offer feedback, and implement enhancement strategies.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with SEN students and managing challenging behaviors.
  • Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
