Branch Managerfor our client's successful independent
Estate & Lettings Agency in Guildford.

This could be a sensational promotional opportunity for an
Assistant Branch Managerwith exceptional
listing, sellingand negotiation skills


You should
currently be working in the estate agency or lettings industry, have a great understanding of the residential property sales and lettings process, have experience in listings and valuations as well as an excellent personal salesrecord.


Some experience in mentoring and managing a team would also be beneficial and a good local knowledge of the
Guildfordarea would be helpful.
