We are an independently run family business, established in 1984 now a restaurant and delicatessen under one roof. Providing external catering, business lunches, private dining and tasting events.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your main responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties:

  • Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
  • Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
  • Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
  • Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
  • Prepare bills and process payments
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Assist with food preparation and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Server or in the hospitality industry is required
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Strong multitasking abilities in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Salary:
Up to £11.95 per hour

No more than 12 per week
