We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our team as a business administrator to support all areas of the business.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone hoping to kick start their career in a professional, predominantly office based business role.

Do you have great communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills and Customer service skills?

What you will do in your working day?
Creating and updating client accounts with accuracy onto internal system

Managing client relationships and providing clients with excellent customer service and support

Liaising with other departments and providing support where needed

Managing agreed deadlines with clients and internal production deadlines, which is done on an internal system and regular communication with the client will be required or with external suppliers

Uploading new jobs onto the project management system and use this to instruct others what the jobs need. This will also require checking that the requirements have been met

Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, the industry and how our products offer value to the clients
- also focus on overcoming their core challenges


Where time is allowed, we also like to ensure we are tidying up our systems, which will involve supporting management with reviewing sell prices, look at new suppliers etc.

The use of Xero will be used to submit quotes to clients and PO's raised for buying purposes (training will be given on this)

This is an Advanced Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.
This is a full-time 18-month apprenticeship

Based on performance and company capacity, there is potential to move into a permanent position with the company.

Qualifications:

GCSE or equivalent GCSE or equivalent English (Grade (Grade 9-4/A*-C)) Essential

GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade (Grade 9-4/A*-C)) Essential

Your general working week will be as follows:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5.00pm.

Total hours per week: 40.0

There may be opportunities for you to attend events that are in the UK.

On these occasions you may need to swap a working day during the week to attend an event at the weekend.

This will enable you to gain invaluable skills and experience as well as more insight into the business and how it works.

This is an apprenticeship role, you will gain training on the job. The Level 3 business administration will take 18 months to complete. This role pays significantly higher than the average apprenticeship wage which is currently £5.28/hour, rising to £6.40/hour as of 1st April
