Salary approximately £45k - Permanent contract
Hours: 37.5-hour week, rotating between day, back, and night shifts

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responding to breakdowns and conducting planned maintenance tasks
- Troubleshooting and repairing equipment in various areas such as Robotics, PLC's, Electrical Control Systems, Hydraulics, and Pneumatics
- Maintaining safety equipment, machinery, CNC milling machines, sensors, and assembly lines
- Performing planned preventative maintenance on automated production facilities
- Programming, diagnosis, servicing, and repair of technical equipment
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols at all times
- Supporting equipment installation projects
- Generating technical reports to analyze breakdown causes and suggest improvements
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with suppliers to meet project deadlines

REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in producing technical reports
- Experience in refurbishing pumps, motors, and bearings
- Familiarity with PLC's Siemens/Omron for troubleshooting
- Previous experience in multi-skilled maintenance in a high-volume production setting
- Knowledge of Welding and Fabrication techniques
- HNC level education or equivalent in a relevant discipline
