Responsibilities included:

  • Deal with the customers problems/questions effectively.
  • Display a thorough work ethic to ensure all issues are dealt with to a high level that meets and goes beyond the customers expectations.
  • Effective liaison between yourself, customers and other members of staff to ensure coordination of work is maintained at maximum levels of efficiency.
  • Thorough administration with spot checks to ensure accurate work is produced.
  • Ensure that all orders are placed within the required timeframes with liaison between all members of staff involved.

Experience required:

  • Previous employment in a telecoms customer service focused role is preferable but not essential
  • Excellent telephone manner and clear communication skills are critical
  • Well organised and punctual with a great attendance record
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Remuneration
No industry experience starting wage - £22,500.00 per annum.

Existing industry experience starting wage - £25,000.00 per annum

Annual Bonus, company pension scheme.

Salary:
From £25,000.00 per year
