The London Fire Brigade are looking to recruit a Business Support Officer to provide comprehensive administrative support to their Senior Leadership Team on an interim basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an office environment, preferably in a similar Business Support role, exceptional organisational skills, and a strong understanding of IT systems.

Provide administrative support to the Business Support Officer and Senior Leadership Team.
Assist in booking venues for meetings, arranging resources, equipment, catering, travel, and accommodation.
Support at meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
Deputise for the Business Support Officer as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and manage data in accordance with Brigade policy and data protection laws.
Experience in providing administrative support to senior managers in an office environment.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
