We are looking for a well versed administrator to work in our property management company

Duties would include:

  • Managing the maintenance at all properties, which include informing and arranging repairs.
  • Keeping a diary of regular checks of properites.
  • Managing utility bills.
  • Stock control of inventories.
  • General computer knowledge with ability to use word and excel.
  • You must be selfmotivated and good with time management.
Training will be given.

Duties:

  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
  • Manage and update office records and databases
  • Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate office activities and schedules
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
  • Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with the organization of meetings, conferences, and events
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software

Experience:

  • Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by providing administrative support and maintaining efficient office procedures.
