Job Title: Solar Team Leader at Octopus Energy Group - Birmingham

We are on a mission to accelerate the global renewable energy movement We are passionate about technologies like heat pumps, solar PV, and EV chargers, which help reduce carbon footprints and empower customers to control their energy consumption. An exciting opportunity is now available to join us as a Solar Team Leader in Birmingham. Your role will involve overseeing the support for customers using low carbon technology products installed in their homes.

What you'll be doing:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Install Coordinators, setting an example for their growth and operational excellence
  • Drive exceptional service in our installation support, shaping the delivery of outstanding service
  • Provide coaching and feedback to foster continuous improvement within your team
  • Collaborate with a regional field team with a business owner mindset to deliver excellence
  • Focus on solutions, tackle challenges, and enhance customer relationships
  • Share insights with sales and customer support teams to enable informed customer interactions
  • Be an ambassador of exceptional service delivery
