Our Turning Point Scotland Services in Renfrewshire are looking for people like you to help provide individualised support to adults with a wide range of needs, either on an individual 1:1 basis or alongside others and as part of a team.


The service is located in Renfrew and 2 ladies with a learning disability will be supported by a small team of Support staff to live full and meaningful lives.

The ladies will be supported to access the local community and pursue their personal interests. Staff will work on a rota basis.


The ladies have family involvement and will be supported to visit family and/ or invite family to their own home.

The property is a ground floor flat with 2 bedrooms and a shared kitchen and living area. There is an accessible garden.


Staff will support ladies with all aspects of daily living and will have full training and a period of induction when recruited.


The support we provide is always person centred, we do this by involving people who know the person well, this includes family and friends, other health and Social Work professionals, Advocacy services and our own staff members.


As a Support Practitioner, you will work with individuals who have a wide range of support needs, providing them with practical and emotional support and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives e.g.

keeping safe, meaningful activities, community involvement, physical health, relationships, emotional health and wellbeing.
