O que você será responsável por:
- Atuar como um ponto de contato de primeira linha para clientes que frequentam consultas ou visitas sem agendamento à nossa clínica
- Equilibrar horários para clínicos e manter sistemas e arquivos físicos com informações precisas dos pacientes e especificidades das consultas
- Participar de eventos comunitários em nome da HearCANADA para promover nossos serviços como a escolha número um de Peterborough para cuidados auditivos
- Processar pagamentos (dinheiro, cartão, seguro), incluindo algum faturamento de terceiros
- Encomendar suprimentos
- Ajudar os clínicos com vendas de produtos auditivos
- Ajudar com cuidados/manutenção de aparelhos auditivos e esterilização de equipamentos dentro da clínica

- Proficiência com software de agendamento e MS Office
