As a trusted educational recruitment agency, we're proud to work with over 200 colleges in the UK, a leading institution dedicated to providing exceptional learning experiences are in need of a Permanent Vocational trainer in Professional Service to join their team and make a difference in students lives.

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Vocational Trainer in Professional Services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for professional services and the ability to coach and train apprentices on an array of courses.

Professional Services cover an array of areas such as; HR, Customer Services, Business Admin and Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Training and assessment of learners up to Level 3, in the workplace and classroom;
  • Supporting learner progress through assessment in the workplace and curriculum delivery;
  • Ensuring timely achievement of apprenticeship frameworks and standards; and
  • Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young persons inline with college policies.

Requirements:

  • Teacher Trained (PGCE, DTLLS or CertEd) or working towards;
  • Assessor qualification (TAQA/A1 or equivalent) or commitment to work towards;
  • Higher level vocational qualification level 3 or above;
  • Minimum of 2 years occupational experience (HR, Business Administration, Customer Service or Accountancy) ;
  • Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in work and the learning environment; and
  • This role will be based across multiple sites and therefore a full current driving licence, use of a car and insurance for business purposes are essential to this role;
  • Up-to-date occupational experience; and
  • Enhanced DBS check.
