What's it all about?

As the Media (Connected) Planning Manager you will lead the planning of the marketing campaigns across all media touchpoints. You will support the development of integrated, always-on media plans for well-known UK and Ireland beverage brands; delivering on brand objectives, ROI and brand equity targets.

This role is flexible with hybrid working currently in place. The role is in London but occasionally there may be a need to travel to other offices in the UK.

What you will be doing:

  • Developing connected campaigns that drive reach, engagement and participation.
  • Planning and executing campaigns across priority channels such as websites and social media.
  • Ensuring plans seamlessly connect across retail media, D-commerce and shopper to deliver efficiency of spend and drive conversion rates.
  • Contributing to briefs, providing feedback on responses and building connected activation plans.
  • Building campaigns for all media channels, including PR, Social, Websites and Email.
  • Building effective relationships with the media agency.
  • Establishing strong internal stakeholder relationships.
  • Providing post-campaign analysis, reporting on learnings and performance.
  • Responsible for a media budget.

What we need from you:

  • Proven experience in a media planning and digital marketing role, ideally within FMCG.
  • Experience within Retail Media, Ecommerce and Shopper ecosystems.
  • Skilled in developing campaigns that deliver brand goals across the full funnel.
  • Planning and activation experience across all channels including - TV, BVOD, VOD, OOH, display, Search, Social, PPC and SEO.
  • Strong understanding of addressable media, audience targeting and enrichment.
  • Strong project management skills and a critical eye for detail.
  • Accountable and results-driven.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
