Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you have a background in finance / economics and can commit to a 11-12 month contract.There is also a permanent position available.

There is lots of involvement here and you will play a key part in the company. This is a social organisation and they regularly take part in charity fundraisers and have offices overseas.

You will be responsible for, although not limited to, the following tasks:

  • Preparing and processing client documentation
  • Updating and maintaining the client databases
  • Undertaking a variety of research and projects
  • Mail sorting and scanning
  • Greeting clients and business partners
  • Answering phone calls from clients and business
  • Providing accurate and detailed client communication
  • Completing contact logging and record keeping of daily activities
  • Managing and building relationships with clients, by handling calls and correspondence
  • Working with global peers to achieve timely client results
  • Working closely with other departments to achieve sound client outcomes


It is important that you have an excellent telephone manner, enjoy dealing with customers and providing accurate and timely administrative support.

You will have a high attention to detail and accuracy and enjoy supporting a team.


There is the option to work on a hybrid basis with 3 days in the office and 2 from home (on a rota), following successful training.

However, you will be office based in Epsom, during your probationary period.
