A well rounded knowledge is essential for the position as well as a good sense of humour and great taste in coffee trading hours are Thursday -Saturday

Duties to include but not limited to - Full Carcass preparation across Beef, Lamb, Pork & Poultry.

Sausage & Burger Production, Maintaining a high standard of presentation within the display counters, adhering to the Clean as you go policy.
