Customer Service Assistant

We are recruiting for our client based in Southall. This is a busy and varied position that would suit an extremely customer focused individual. The role will be working closely with the business customers and problem solving any issues that arise.

You will work closely with the operations and logistics teams, so we need a good team player.

This role will be sitting within the customer services team, but you can grow and develop in this role by stepping your foot in the door with other departments and picking up new responsibilities

Previous customer service experience would be preferable
