In the early years we largely specialised in Strongman, Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting and Crossfit - but now we have expanded our range of products to cater for every lifter from someone who is just getting into fitness, to the professional athlete performing at the highest level of their sport.


The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the job role involves but not limited to:

  • Processing customer returns and exchanges
  • Creating invoices for customers
  • Liaising with the warehouse team to provide timely resolutions for our customers
  • Investigating missing parcels and resolving any delivery disputes
  • General Office Duties


We are excited to be recruiting for a customer focused, proactive individual with a minimum 1 year customer service experience within an office environment to join our team based in Motherwell.


Essential Skills

  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Workspace (google docs, sheets etc )
  • Ability to work seamlessly as part of a team but also to their own initiative
  • Ability to form and maintain great relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Be able to multi task in a fast paced environment
  • Be willing to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations
Experience with any ticket based software solution would be advantageous, but not essential.
