• Leading the technical team and ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and customer standards.

Here's what we're looking for in our ideal candidate:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Degree in food science or related field.
• Familiarity with animal food production and strong knowledge of food safety systems.
• Experience working cross-functionally and willingness to relocate to CB9 7FD.
