Who Are You Working With?
Talent Chief is privileged to work with a construction-based recruitment agency to find them the best recruiters available.

They have many offices dotted around the south of England, and are in a period of expansion due to market conditions.


What Do They Want?


They are now looking to bring in a Construction recruiter to help build out the sector further from their Reading office.

The role will deal with temporary Trades & Labour hires for various companies in particular locations and is an industry that will experience an expected boom in the next few years.

What Is The Job?

So, What Skills Do I Need?

  • Minimum 3 year experience in Recruitment preferably in an agency
  • Construction sector knowledge
  • Ability to obtain own clients
  • Launching hiring campaigns
  • Effective communication with the team
  • Arranging interviews
  • Providing feedback
  • Advert writing
  • A UK Drivers license

Bonus:
