Role Description

Live in General Assistant of Killean Farmhouse and Cottages

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain all public areas ensuring they are presentable and welcoming at all times.
  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and cottages and replenishing amenities.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly utilised, stored, and maintained.
  • Prepare and serve a buffetstyle breakfast for guests
  • Assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have, providing friendly and professional service at all times.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience throughout their stay.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel cleaning is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs and personal circumstances.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
