Main Responsibilities

Maintain, service, install, commission, and perform safety checks on domestic LPG boilers and appliances.

Produce Landlord Certificates & CP12's.

Conduct Landlord Gas Safety Inspections and undertake any necessary remedial works.

Complete certification and work orders promptly, meeting our KPIs.

Collaborate with asset users, employer representatives, and contractors for smooth site operations.

Adhere to Health & Safety policies, conducting required risk assessments and safe systems of work.

Continuously develop your skills and attend further training as required.

Drive and operate fleet vehicles, travelling to other regional sites when necessary.

Participate in an on-call rota outside of normal working hours (overtime applicable).

The Ideal Candidate
  • Knowledge of Boilers, Vented Cylinders, Gas Fires, Analysis, Water Heaters, and Pipework
  • Understanding of Health & Safety standards such as COSHH, manual handling, risk assessments, and safe systems of work
  • Effective communication with colleagues and customers

Essential:

  • Domestic LPG Gas-Safe Registered
  • Certificates in WRAS, CCN1, CENWAT
  • Full Valid UK Driving Licence

Desirable:

  • Commercial background
  • Gas Safe Commercial, OFTEC & HETAS qualifications
