Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Deliver consistently helpful and efficient customer support via telephone and email.
  • Manage installation or maintenance logs using a database.
  • Handle the Project Delivery and Support mailbox, taking ownership of tasks and managing workload effectively.
  • Adhere to Project Delivery and Support Service Level Agreements, ensuring timely responses to customer emails and orders.
  • Investigate and resolve customer orders and queries, maintaining accurate records on CRM.
  • Generate customer reports and handle subcontractor work files and supplier invoices.
  • Provide exception reporting to customers and run status reports on installations as needed.
