Experienced holiday home Caretaker required for a 5 bedroom (sleeps 10) holiday home in Crackington Haven, Cornwall. Year round weekly cleans, changeover day is a Saturday.


Our expectation for caretakers is to treat the property as if it were their own in order to maintain high standards and provide excellent service to guests.

High standards are essential to our business; therefore, it is important that all applicants:

  • Possess high standards of cleanliness on every changeover clean.
  • Have a good understanding of all aspects of the property, including its utilities, amenities, and any unique features.
  • Pay close attention to the property's condition and support to care for and maintain it at the highest standards possible.
  • Be willing to do light maintenance if required.
  • Show a sense of ownership and pride in the property's upkeep and presentation.
  • Be readily available and on call to offer support and solutions to guests during their stay.
  • To be customer facing, interact with guests courteously and professionally.
  • Can work well on their own and as part of a small team.
  • Can offer support and caretaker cover if /when required.
  • Possess a 'can do' attitude.
  • Must be IT literate, able to use Outlook, Word and Excel documents on own laptop
